• After the order has been confirmed and ready for shipping, goods will be dispatched on regular working days. All international orders are shipped by DHL. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order on www.dhl.com/express/tracking. Domestic goods will be dispatched on regular working days by DAO.

• Please be aware that the recipient is responsible for payment of any customs related charges (for example tax, duty, fees) which may be levied by the government of the recipient country. also be aware that the shipment may be opened or searched by security agencies in the destination country.
