The specific kind and amount of information, such as personal data, depends on what you provide us during the purchasing process. When you purchase a product on our website, we collect the information you provide yourself, including your name, phone number, e-mail address, home address, payment method, information about which products you purchased, which payment method you have selected, selected delivery options, as well as information about the IP address from which the order has been made.

The purpose of collecting this information is necessary in order to deliver the products you have ordered and fulfil our obligations in relation to your purchase, including in connection to the warranty. When you sign up for our newsletter form and special offers on the website of KENT ROPY, we collect your e-mail address. The purpose of collecting this information is to deliver our newsletters campaigns to you with special benefits and for direct marketing via mail, where we can inform you about our products, events, discounts, new arrivals etc. When you sign up for our newsletter form, you give your separate consent to us sending you direct mail.

The personal data that we collect, such as your name(s), address, e-mail address, phone number, will be shared to our selected shipping companies, including DOA, DHL or a carrier responsible for the delivery of the purchased product(s) to you. The sharing of this information is necessary in order to fulfil the contract and to deliver the product(s) to you.
